Remodeling Schoolyards in Oakland

NOURISHING FUTURES
Starting with Franklin Elementary in 2021, we’ve now transformed 15 schoolyards by adding new play structures designed by kids, gardens, nature exploration areas, outdoor classrooms, multi-sport courts, soccer fields, murals, and much more, bringing new life to each space. Our work includes remodeling more than 25 public elementary schoolyards throughout Oakland by the end of 2026.
